Pulled in last night about 10.20. Was waiting at the window for 20 mins and no one. I pressed the button knocked on the window. No one. Thought this was supposed to be a 24 hour petrol station. Abysmal customer service from manager Shazaib. Went to pay for my petrol, when the manager, Shazaib, asked me to open the Shell App and leave a review. As I do so, he then proceeds to reach over the counter and GRABS my phone out of my hands WITHOUT asking, and starts filling and completing the review with the highest ratings... read full comment
