Contrary to some reviews the lady behind the counter was both Polite, helpful and friendly. Yes, it's a small "side hustle" attached to an off licence but it's open 7 days a week when most other post offices have folded and even the city centre "crown post office" is a "side hustle" in Smith's. I think the staff member I encountered today needs help. As you cannot simply be this rude without any reason with a customer.
