Absolutely great experience from start to finish with this company. We loved looking round the showroom and discussing all the options with the sales staff, who are all very nice and have a zero-pressure approach to sales. We got a custom-built sofa and wingback chair, at a superb price (cheaper than a big-brand shop), at the precise dimensions we wanted.A particular thank you to our salesman Ian who was extremely knowlegeable, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we got the sense that he really wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted - which we did!I highly recommend checking this company out.

When the sofa turned up it was nothing like the one we sat on in the showroom. One of them was not flat, rocked a lot. When I complained I was sent a still photograph to show it was ok. Sorry but how does a still photograph show movement or the lack of it. The "production director" came out and corrected it. But still did not feel anything like the sofa in the showroom. Eventually the "sales director" came out and after a heated discussion agreed to take the sofa's back and give me a full refund.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Helped us choose the perfect sofa, with the perfect leather and cushions, and made sure the measurements were exactly what we needed to fit our corner space. Absolutely love our two new sofas. They are stylish and comfortable and very well made.It was great at the showroom that we could have any style of sofa with any fabric. We also wanted our sofas made a little higher which was no problem.Would thoroughly recommend.

Great quality sofa and at a far cheaper price than high end retailers. We were initially looking at places like Loaf but so glad we came direct to Long Eaton Sofas. The service is also second to none, we would highly recommend.

We visited the showroom and chose our own fabric a couple of months ago and we've just taken delivery of a beautiful and comfortable made-to-order traditional sofa. The after-sales service has also been excellent.

We have just had delivered or sofas and chairs and cannot fault the customer we have experienced. Nothing has been too much trouble. One set of sofas has a strong geometric pattern and the matching is exemplary. We will be needing further upholstery in the future and will definitely return. The chairs and sofas themselves are very comfy.

I ordered a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, chair and two footstools and have been delighted with the quality of the products and the customer service. There was the option to have bespoke sizes for the furniture at a reasonable additional cost which was such a bonus to be able to get what you actually wanted and such choice of fabrics.

What a brilliant shop this is! It was recommended by a family member and we were not disappointed. We were given extremely good advice, wonderful personal service with a huge range of styles and pretty much any fabric you could wish for, as well as really super after sales care and delivery. Our two new sofas look stunning and we could not be more delighted. Whilst we paid a little more than the average high street chain, it was worth every penny to have exactly what we wanted ?

Made our appointment, once there left alone to browse. Good range of sofas. All handmade. The great thing is you can pick any style in any fabric with any cushion firmness. Even better as it is handmade they can adjust sizes as well. If you are looking for a sofa you can't get much better. Bit of a lead time but only sort of 12 weeks so compared to "other" sofa places very comparable. Reasonable prices as well.
