When the sofa turned up it was nothing like the one we sat on in the showroom. One of them was not flat, rocked a lot. When I complained I was sent a still photograph to show it was ok. Sorry but how does a still photograph show movement or the lack of it. The "production director" came out and corrected it. But still did... read full comment
