Stay away from old guy with beard not very helpful at all I got told they got no screen protectors for the iPhone 16 because the 17 comes out in a few weeks how does that make sense because there?s a phone due out renders the old ones useless? Does we need to switch to android? I really think this elderly gentleman needs a different occupation something less challenging maybe

I had a great experience with KRCS. I had a small water spill and was very worried, but they arranged everything quickly and kept me updated. Even though liquid damage repairs normally take longer, I got my Mac back in just 4 days, working perfectly. I?m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend KRCS to anyone needing reliable Apple service.

I came to the Nottingham KRCS Apple Store from Derby after the Derby branch didn't meet the high standard I expected. The Nottingham team immediately diagnosed the issue and ordered the replacement parts. They replaced the entire keyboard with a brand new one, unlike the other branch which only did half measures and left me needing another repair a week later. Highly recommended.
