Incredibly positive experience. So rare these days. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable. Arrived in the UK from the US and couldn't charge my MacBook Pro. The guy at KRCS was very upfront about the potential costs for repairs and the difficulty in finding spare parts for an older version. Two hours later they had opened up...
