Customers can’t always be satisfied/mistakes can happen, but it’s how we deal with them we should be measured on. Nathan promptly investigated, made sure our satisfaction was priority, arranged a resolution within 24 hours. Friendly couriers out on the lorries as well. Thanks loads for your help.
