Needed a bulk bag of topsoil delivering over a fence into my back garden, so called up and was put straight through to their transport team who assured me it would all be fine and easy for them. On on the day I called up for a delivery window - they came during that time and it was so straightforward, the delivery man was really nice too. Lovely quality soil. Went back 2 days later for trellis (by far the best quality out of other nearby competitors) and again the staff were happy and helpful. Will definitely use them again and again.”

One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the pleasant atmosphere and the sense of order in the store. However, I have noticed a recurring issue: not all the items on my shopping list are always available. On more than one occasion, I have had to leave without finding a few things I needed. For example, during my most recent visit, I couldn’t find something as simple as regular potting soil for flowers. While this may seem minor, it can be a little inconvenient, especially when you expect basic items to be in stock.

That being said, I appreciate that stock levels can fluctuate, and I understand that supply issues can happen in any store. It would just be wonderful if the range of products was more consistently complete. This would save customers from having to make extra trips to other shops.

Despite this, I still enjoy shopping here and will continue to do so. The cleanliness, orderliness, and excellent customer service make it a pleasant place to shop. With a little improvement in product availability, I think this store could easily become a go-to destination for everything I need in one stop.”
