We visited the DFS Nottingham store and unfortunately had a poor experience that has left us disappointed. I would advise only using the store to view sofas in person, then making your purchase online instead.
We were mis-sold sofas, and when we raised the issue, the branch manager dragged out the investigation process....

My partner and I were out looking at sofas at the weekend. When we went to DFS they had to open the automatic doors manually and we were greeted in my opinion not in a great manner “ is everything ok we close in 10 minutes” not something you expect from a sales person. This made us feel like we didn’t want to look...

Had my sofa for 18 months. There is a fault with the leather peeling. The insurance I took out will not cover me. Guardsman say it's a manufacturer fault and referred me back to DFS. DFS say it's wear and tear and say that it's sweat from the body and won't do anything about it. They say that I need to pay to have it fixed....
