I was trying for 3 days to contact them via phone and can never get anyone to answer the phone . ive now ran out of meds

Some of the staff need a bit of customer service training. I understand that sometimes they might be in the middle of doing something when you walk in, but all they need to do is acknowledge the customer and say - I'll be with you in a moment - instead of totally ignoring them.
