All the staff I met were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The eye exam was very thorough and I wasn't pressured into buying any particular style of glasses. My chosen spectacles were also very good value for money.”

“Just simply exceptional. I went in for an eye screening today and the person behind reception must have noticed I was very anxious and was absolutely phenomenal. She walked me through what would happen, showed me the rooms, offered water and was just such a reassuring and calming presence. What could have been a highly traumatic anxiety event was only mild anxiety thanks to this wonderful person. The optometrist was also brilliant when popping the drops in my eyes and I was struggling.
