Boots what can I say you lost a sale this afternoon. Went in store today bout 4ish. I was looking to buy some perfume. Went in today to the pharmacy desk, waited for a good 5 minutes to be served. Woman was messing around with some shelves, clocked me but didn’t come to me, then went in to serve a customer who had just rocked up to the till!!! Was not happy!! Bad customer service, I took my custom elsewhere at that point! ???
