Well done team Screwfix at Hermatige Lane branch. 7.30pm on Monday evening and all 3 staff were exceptionally helpful and great banter with a purchase and refund and where I may be able to locate thie item i required that Screfix don't sell in a particular odd size. Emily was very helpful at the weekend. Trawling through all my invoices to find one I needed from a few months prior. She could have easily forwarded me to the call centre, but took time to help me with my problem, and made my life easy!
Always great customer service from the staff in this branch no matter the query. I always use this one instead of the the other local locations.

Called in yesterday to pick up some post Crete bags - nice and quick service, 2 young fellas serving,one took order other one brought the bags to the car . very polite and professional. Might only be a small thing,but it's stands out brilliant

Staff need to be properly trained in customer service. Jamie in particular is absolutely useless, rude and Moody.When I requested a simple solution to an issue I had it wasn't able to be met or even attempted.The manager walked round from the back and thrust a phone into my hand telling me to deal with the manufacturer directly. I would happily use any other screwfix in the country as the staff everywhere else I've been have been more than helpful. Avoid this branch if you want to be treated with basic respect.

This is a good screw fix shop that lives up to my expectations for what you would expect from a screwfix.The staff are all friendly and helpful.The carpark is very large, so it is easy to park a large vehicle or even a vehicle towing a trailer.I use this shop quite often and always receive constantly good service.

Visited the branch last week. Special mention to both Emily and the store manager, Gary. Great service from start to finish. I expect bad service now as it seems that people just are not bothered anymore. Definitely not the case here. Thank you team, I will be back again.

I recently purchased a TITAN 140 BAR PRESSURE WASHER from the hermitage lane depot in mansfield, had a problem after first using it with a water inlet fixing breaking (very fragile), went back to the store and was very impressed with the service and polite/friendly attitude of one of your staff DONNA, she took a new model from stock, unpacked the bopx and exchanged the broken part for a new one out of the box. i felt very humbled by the fact she had gone to so much trouble to replace the fixing, top marks for service from Donna Wwho is a credit to your company, other copmpanies take note of this customer care/service A1 My many thanks and kind regards,Rob Phillips.P.S. great pressure washer, recommend to others.

Great Customer service today, from Amy (apologies if I got the name wrong) had a hectic day chasing parts & was diverted between jobs & suppliers & screwfix branches.Amy was really helpful & liaised between branches & assisted to ensure all was sorted.Really appreciated, thanks ??
