Staff need to be properly trained in customer service. This is a good screw fix shop that lives up to my expectations for what you would expect from a screwfix.The staff are all friendly and helpful.The carpark is very large, so it is easy to park a large vehicle or even a vehicle towing a trailer.I use this shop quite often and always receive constantly good service.

Visited the branch last week. Special mention to both Emily and the store manager, Gary. Great service from start to finish. I expect bad service now as it seems that people just are not bothered anymore. Definitely not the case here. Thank you team, I will be back again.
