“We had decided to have a look at different wedding bands in Mansfield for ideas as we were unsure on what we liked. We had been to several other stores in Mansfield, and had felt non the wiser, one shop assistant seemed she couldn't be bothered with us and seemed to be looking for posher custom, which made us feel a bit rubbish. When we got to H. Samuels, we instantly felt much more relaxed and felt that Niki really wanted us to find the perfect rings for us, there was no pressure to buy, she just wanted us to be happy and to make sure in particular that my band suited my sentimental engagement ring. We came away with two perfect rings, feeling very happy and excited to have them ready for our special day. My partner couldn't stop opening the box in excitement like a little boy on the way home, because he was so happy with them. We will certainly be returning to get my engagement ring spruced up before the wedding and from now on H.Sammuels will be the first jewellers we go to because of Niki's service. “What can I say I lost my wife in early January before she passed we spoke about putting our wedding bands together so she would always be with me through my life . so in February these lovely people were recommended by various friends so I took my bands in which I just must say trusting someone with something so precious was a very emotional thing to do ,they were caring and totally understanding to my plight and needs the gentleman was truly wonderful and explained what he could do. “My partner picked my pandora ring up for me today that needed resizing. When I dropped it off they told me that they probably wouldn't be able to save the pandora lettering on the inside of it because there wasn't much room but I said I didn't mind if they were removed. However I'm very pleased that its still there and my ring now fits perfectly! And it was ready for collection before they said it would be!
