I popped into this jewellers to have replacement batter fitted to my Nomination watch. Margaret quickly completed the fitting but the back proved a little tricky. She was very apologetic about the length of time it took but we had a cheerful conversation about the shop. She’s was very easy to talk to and listened intently...
