I needed some hep sourcing some parts for my shower at home, I had very few details about the shower so this made finding parts even harder the gentleman I spoke to couldn’t quite catch his name but I think it was Bean Dell. He talked me through exactly what I needed and the part is on its way. Fantastic service would highly recommend.”

“Do not recommend, avoid this company. We have spent months trying to get remedial works done to finish our kitchen. Many phone calls, emails, texts, all unanswered. Showroom in Morpeth has closed, industrial estate premises also closed. No-one responding to phone calls. If indeed they are still in business, be wary. Having spent a considerable sum on the kitchen already we face paying more to sort out the issues PK have created through not checking their original designs, fudging the installation, and promising they have ordered remedial items when they clearly have not. Unprofessional, very poor attention to detail, unresponsive, very, very disappointing.”
