“This shop is like a community lifeline for people who like civilisation. I felt like I was in a modern town with facilities. It's near a launderette, which afforded me the opportunity to by some pasties and margarine before returning for my cleaned pants. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are also patient. I have seen them dealing with people who are infirm and difficulty handling money, and they are kind and helpful. There is a lovely restraint next door. Which is nice to visit after a shop.”
