“From entering the Boots store in Cramlington to leaving after my consultation was complete, all of the staff were very helpful and courteous throughout. Every step of the way was explained in full. I have never experienced this high level of comfort and courtesy while having an eye test.Megan was 100% professional in every aspect of my eye test. Every question I asked was explained in full without myself feeling bamboozled with science as I had felt with other opticians in the past. Despite Megan's youthful appearance she was perfection at it's best in her professional capacity. First class in people skills while being able to enjoy light-hearted conversation. Nothing seemed to be a problem. The team at Cramlington opticians couldn't be any better in my opinion and I look forward to seeing them in the future. THANKS.”

“I can't understand the negative comments on here regarding this practice. In my experience, I can only give five stars. The staff are excellent and they nearly always have my tablets and when they don't, they have them the next working day. With Covid, new measures have been implemented which make for a slower service but that's the new normal.”
