Terrible service. Asked them to take a sofa that we wanted to donate on Friday, that was too inconvenient for them, so rebooked for Monday. My wife waited in all day for the driver to turn up. Driver rang, left a voicemail to say they were on there way and would be here in 40 minutes. An hour and a half later they still...

Staff were very helpful, and Dominica was up for a bit of price haggling,Didn't realise how large the sofa was, until I had to pack it in my car and trailer.Thankfully James, was on hand, to assist.
