So glad we came here. The lady who served us was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. We got plenty of information and tips. We also brought some beautiful goodies. The Millionaire Shortbread and Pecan Flapjack were outstanding. Thank you so much to the lovely lady that served us.

From Tourist Information Centre
Berwick-upon-Tweed Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is located upstairs in the library on Walkergate, just a couple of minutes walk from the town centre on the way to the Barracks museum and Town Walls. Our friendly staff are available to help visitors with things to see and do in Berwick, including; attractions and events, places to eat, walking and cycling, directions and route planning, public transport and information on the wider Northumberland area. We offer an accommodation booking service, coach trip bookings for Travelsure and sell discounted tickets for a number of local attractions. We also have souvenirs, books and maps for sale. If you are visiting Berwick-upon-Tweed, make Berwick TIC your first stop!
