Great pub and a great atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. It was a very busy day, so service took a while, but that was fine.
Just a real shame about the food. 3 of us had the Fish & Chips. Unfortunately both the fish & the chunky chips were dripping in grease. Which way overpowered the... read full comment

We came here on Wednesday 6th Aug 2025 we come every year to holy island from haggerston castle where we stay everything was lovely the food the atmosphere it was really busy too but nothing was too much trouble we will be back next year and thank you
