Driven from Seahouses to Alnwick today to collect a parcel and it’s closed. Card left by the postman didn’t give times, just said to collect from Alnwick. The opening times are a disgrace, and should be stated on the cards left so customers know when they can get in.

One of their lorry drivers (Reg - RG66 UEL) was behaving completely idiotically today (20th Oct23, approx 21:45) whilst driving on the M1(N). This lorry driver was dangerous, in lanes they shouldn't be, tailgating and bullying other road user. And not to mention that the weather was dangerously bad.Shzme on this driver.

Terrible!What is the purpose of this office?! With it's pathetic opening hours of only 8-10am.The Thursday late night opening hours didn't even correspond with whatever hours the office decided to open!Appalling! No help whatsoever!
