Made an appointment via 111 on Saturday for Monday 9:30. Never received a telephone contact. Disgusting way of treating patients.

I appreciate that the people in the practice are probably overwhelmed, especially during the winter months, but the situation is so grave that I wish they could acknowledge the total collapse of their system and try to reorganise.
