It appears to be a robotic answering machine that doesn?t know how to work with people. Not surprising considering how I was home on the day of delivery. Got a grey card but still couldn?t pay on line. This is the second parcel that has not reached us and gone back to the retailer ??

I have got a Royal Mail notice that my item ready for collection, but I was at home. Alright, I went for the Royal Mail office, but it was closed. The business hours on the office entrance is different than on the google website. Please modify or adjust them for the correct opening time.

Absolutely disgraceful Service.I posted an item back in August 22 and it was an expensive item I use for my work. I sent it using royal mail because they are supposed to be a trusted Postal service, well that is definitely not true. After multiple emails, calls and questions for months I finally got a reply from someone who had an idea of what to do, but unfortunately they have lost my item which they were only able to tell me after almost 5 months of no contact. The last location from tracking is in landly London depo. So either they can't see something in front of them or a staff member had stolen it. I will be referring thismy solicitor who will be tacking this case further as they refuse to cover the cost of the item which is £500+ sending a cheque for £61.20. how they have handle this is an absolute joke I have everything printed and signed in regards to communication I've had. Never again will I use post office/ royal mail to send a single item. Thanks to this serious misconduct and sheer neglect on their behalf I've lost my drone and multiple jobs costing me my living. I honestly could post my entire story but with a company like this with such disregard for the customer who keep them in business there is no point. I'll see you in court

Don't get me wrong, I like them in the local depot, so I'm sorry but I'm not- I've easily had 4-5 parcels lost this last month or two, the fella at the front desk quizzed him about the first and he says he posted it the other side of the town but can't remember which house, then the 2nd parcel and 3rd I just got shrugged shoulders and "make a claim" yeah guys in order for me to do that I'll have to learn 2 different languages as the sellers sure don't understand English. Like there gonna spend time doing that....waste of time and if I need anything of value sent to me it definitely will not be Royal Mail at my door handing it to me! ???

Be aware that this building is almost at the top of of a steep hill, so if you need to use the ramp you should approach from John Street side.
