Anytime I try to get to this place its closed and it says its open to 12 and also I ain't getting my post

I have got a Royal Mail notice that my item ready for collection, but I was at home. Alright, I went for the Royal Mail office, but it was closed. The business hours on the office entrance is different than on the google website. Please modify or adjust them for the correct opening time.

Absolutely disgraceful Service.I posted an item back in August 22 and it was an expensive item I use for my work. I sent it using royal mail because they are supposed to be a trusted Postal service, well that is definitely not true.
