I purchased ribeye steaks today that were from local Hereford at Eurospar Carrickmore. I have not tasted a steak so good in a long time. It was perfectly cut, looked great and the marbling was excellent. The taste was tender, succulent and unreal to be honest. Please compliment your local supplier (farmer)
