“I visited this M&S outlet to purchase a pair of basic shorts. I located a pair that were priced £12.50. I approached the counter and the young male called for the manager.Under the rule of law, the lady was under no obligation to honour the marked price. The lady informed myself that the price was set to increase to £15-£17, however she honoured the marked price.It does not cost much to be nice or kind. Thank you”
