“Just come here to say Ivona is a wonderful person with an incridible communication skills and ability to provide the best customer service you can have in your life. She can explain the difference of each product that actualy suits your needs from rice to soy souces from teas and greens. From where they are placed to prices and what can you expect to all tastes. Always with a smile in her face no matter what time it is. The store manager need to learn more about provide the service even is nearly time to close down.”

“I'm usually able to get everything I go in for plus there are some great offers which means I get more than I intended to. Their Harry Ramsden range is great, especially the chips which I and my family think are the best oven chips we've ever tasted. My only issue is that sometimes they don't have enough staff on the tills and the queues become a problem. Hence only 4 stars.”

“Has a good selection of foods at reasonable prices. I have been able to get most items I need from here with no issues. Till staff can sometimes be a bit hit and miss and you might end up having to wait to get served but in general its a good store to visit.”

“Iceland supermarket is good in terms of Frozen items, however in relation to fruits and vegetables, it's slightly costlier than Tesco and Home Bargains.Quality of all the products are good, sometimes the fruits like banana are raw.”

“On arrival into car park, large sign saying if you shop here we will offer discount and or free parking.Put display ticket on windscreen as instructed for the length of time shopping. Bought shopping, at this point we were informed that do you have the parking permit with us. I said no as it had to be displayed.I got this reply well off you run to the car and I will do it now, clearly I didn't. So moral of story wait. I don't care.”

“I love the renovated store on shore road but have been very disappointed that they no longer stock the sugar free mints which l found enjoyable while out walking. They're called Refreshments and came in a variety of flavours. As they were a Lidl product can't understand why they're no longer stocked”

An important observation if iceland can keep prices as they are, iceland can be more popular to the customers. Better selling 20 of something @ a reduced price, than 5 of normal price. Pay car park fee 50pence, which is redeemable at the till, just remember to hand it at the till‼️ ☺️I grabbed their Ready Cooked diced chicken breast big value pack,defrost & eat, 2 jars of their Chicken Tonight Spanish Style sauce, added chopped spicy Chorizo, peppers and penned pasta.Accompanied with garlic bread. A great quick meal for a Saturday night. Family gave ?”
