Had the most outstanding service from Victoria on the perfume counter. Nothing was too much trouble gave fantastic advice and service. So incredibly helpful and friendly. Best service I’ve ever received in any store. A real credit to your company.

Very disappointed in the service we have just received in this shop, served by a young young girl with dark hair . We Brought a card to the till to show what shaving blades we wanted, with no communication she took off across the shop and brought the wrong blades to us.
