The worst bank with the worst staff in the country. Takes over 40 minutes to get seen I’ve time you call in. Staff are lazy. Shambles of place.

Have just had my worst customer experience in decades at this branch. Went to open a bank account for my 17 year old son and was taken to a computer because no in person staff available to help him open an account. Had a question during the process and left 17 year old in front of the computer mid application. Couldn't... read full comment
