“Just round the corner and it sells things the \\\"Big Stores\\\" forget we need, and often cheaper for it than the BS. NB check the price when you get to the till - they forget to update the shelf tags ? you'll get a refund, if you catch them, if, eg I was charged £2 for a £1 item - if it'd been in my main shop I'd not have noticed but it was the only thing I bought. Usually they overcharge by 20p?”

“Great staff, very attentive and friendly.... One criticism though...... No customer toilet ? and a request to use the toilet upstairs, which I have been allowed to do before, was denied this morning while I was in the shop. The girl told me she has just started to work there and she has been told tthat customers are not allowed to use the toilet. I think a customer toilet would be a great addition to the shop. Something to think about?”

“All fine. The petrol station has been upgraded to "Go", there is a reasonable stock collection available inside, does the lotto and has coffee and plenty of snacks. Does not have a great range of fresh food - but I can imagine there is not a major demand for it. It is a bit confusing over the 24 hours and the 24 hour pumps - the times seem to change every now and then. But all in all - all good. Does what it says on the tin. In fairness the petrol/diesel tends to be the cheapest in the area - hence I always get mine here :-) That can't be bad! Only 4 star as it does not have a massive range -but for what it is, it is spot on!”

“A good place to stop off on your way out from Belfast. There is a good selection of places to eat or have coffee. Lots of parking and seating but be careful the seats are not very strong and wobbly. Toilets could be a bit more cleaner.”

“Always has good family meal deals on. Staff are very friendly and welcoming which is a bonus. Just the local shop, but always have a quick chat about your day which makes it feel more personal than just paying for your shopping. 10/10”

“**Review based solely on the ice cream alone** I just had to come on and a leave a review as the ice cream in this Centra is one of the nicest!! Only downfall is sometimes the machine is off and they don't do Nutella sauce ?”

“The Irish version of a Truck stop, what I really like about these locations is that on major roads there is often one on both sides of the motorway, pull off, go through the round about and back on no confusing twists and turns, They have a couple of fast food and coffee places inside along with a convenience store and fuel. Friendly staffSausage rollunlike many American shop you fill up with fuel and then pay inside.Prices are about the same as all the other fueling locations”

“This is the friendliest shop around. I recently had to return a package to Amazon and had trouble getting the scanner to work. Without any hesitation the staff were more than helpful, above and beyond. It had been quite a while since I had used the service and the willingness of the staff had not changed.”

“They recently installed a whole bank of self service desks and reduced the main check out to one single person and that person is supposed only for alcohol, tobacco and scratch cards, horrendous abuse of elderly people that regularly shop there, I for one won't use the store again. Tesco's greed knows no bounds. Glasnevin Tesco Express Dublin. shame on you.”

“Always easy to park with good staff and very clean. As with a small metro food choices are limited, but this is too be expected. I don't like how metro stores, in general, always charge more, but I guess that's just the way it is.”

“Opted to shop here more frequently due to Asda being a total mess and I have to say this store is far superior and has much more selection and quality of items in comparison. I don’t need to worry if they will have the items I need in stock anymore because this store typically has everything I need.
They also raise for charity by putting blue coins into your chosen school/charity which I like being able to do once I check out my items. Very pleased with this store and happy it’s in reasonable distance to shop from.”

“This shop is safe enough for you to go there alone and there is another shop next-door and this shop has its own burger king and cafe and chemist and card factory and entertainment and phone shop and there is a bus stop near the shop and parking is always empty and easy to find”

“This shop is safe enough for you to get groceries alone and the staff is nice and kind and there is toilets not far from the pay area and there is a post office and a chippy in the shop and the shop has its own atm and there is even some amazing hotels near the shop and the shop is located near Glen Park and lough shore and Whiteabbey train station is not far away from the shop and there is a bus stop near the shop and parking is always easy to find”

“Despite not being in the most attractive place, this shop offers an excellent selection of food, drink and knick knacks. If you desire a sweet treat, this is the place to be. Their milkshakes and ice creams are truly delicious, while the selection of hot food and drinks, cakes, and buns makes this a good choice. The shop is both clean and spacious, and the staff provide a helpful, efficient and quick service. The provision of both toilets and a good sized seating area are both handy for an affordable lunch or treat, and for long distance travellers with time to spare this place, I think, doubles essentially as a miniature service area. The only downside is that occasionally some items are unavailable, so be prepared. This is not the fault of the shop owners, it should be stated.Otherwise, this is definitely worth a visit.”

“Mary's Place isn't just a newsagents, this wee gem does a Sunday dinner that hits the spot, especially on hangover day when nobody can b bothered to cook and when u just don't want junk food. Nouvelle cuisine it aint but just good aul home cooking, like mums and something u don't get in a restuarant(bigga peas)..I know, not to everyone's taste but hey it reminds me of home. Roast beef and stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon costs £5.95 and turkey, ham and stuffing £6.50..only draw back is no dinner's during December due to traffic on Shore Rd at this time of year, it plays havoc with deliverys.”
