So mean and unprofessional! I was just at the Abbey Center branch, I told the guy I wanted a red balloon with helium, it's nearly valentine's day u know, then my mom paid and was told to wait. I am writing this review for the Card Factory in Abbey Centre, Newtownabbey. From the moment I walked into the shop I sensed a friendly atmosphere. The assistant Elijah was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this shop.
