“I have to say a big thank you to Alannah, I had balloons blown up a week ago in this store for my sons 4th party and unfortunately he got chicken pox 2 days before. I had to cancel and reschedule and I brought my ballon back the day before our new party date to have them refilled and I was just explaining that nothing was wrong with them and what had happened. Alannah went to the back to chat to her manager and then to my complete surprise said they were going to refill them for no charge due to my circumstances with the cancelled Party. I couldn’t believe this gesture of kindness and I just want to say thanks to you both and how grateful I am for this. It really made my day! I always use this store and will continue to do so. Thank you again x”
