“I was in the abbey centre store this morning and I just want to say a big thank you to Zoe for her fantastic customer service today. I always use my card to collect points. I wasn’t sure how much I had on my card. When she checked it showed I had 465 points but that hadn’t been converted to cash. She offered to ring and check for me while I did the rest of my shopping. Turns out there was a problem with my card so I have a new one but they’d converted the points for me so I got 3 books for £1.35.”
