“I live in the North East of England. I pre-ordered Night and Day by John Connolly from No Alibis because I knew I could get a signed copy and one of the special limited edition bookmarks. I have to say I was hugely impressed not only with the speed of the delivery, but the care that was taken with the book in the packaging. So many times I buy books and they turn up in flimsy plastic bags that are ripped and the books damaged. This book arrived in proper cardboard packaging designed perfectly for the exact size of the book, sellotaped to ensure there was no way it was going to open. Inside, it was carefully wrapped in paper to protect the outer sleeve of the book. For people like me who take so much pride in their book collection, I honestly could not be happier and I will definitely be buying from No Alibis again.”
