I ordered the wrong chain ring. Was pleasantly surprised to actually find a contact number to ring & explain situation. Not only did someone answer, but they were super helpful & understanding. They sent out a new one immediately after ensuring that what I had ordered was appropriate & explained the returns arrangement....
