I was stuck in traffic and arrived late as the store was shutting to collect my wifi. Thankfully, Sarah kept the store open for me and sorted out my order after the shop was supposed to have shut. Excellent customer service

Ben in lisburn store - 26/10/24 - called in to see if they could help with an issue on my Mother in laws phone she hadnt had any service for weeks, spoke to Ben who sorted the problem straight away and he explained what the problem had been.
