“Went today to purchase some food for a dog we have on respite. I asked a member of staff for help and that’s what she did to perfection.
She was so knowledgable and by asking me questions about the dog, knew which brand we needed! You even ran and got me a poop bag holder and bags, when 2 other staff were at the cash point - 1 had just pointed and gave me directions to where they were whilst the other stood and watched our conversation.
