The staff at Pet Warehouse are second to none. I had quite an indecisive moment when finalising which dog house to buy. Rather than rolling the eyes, the staff rolled up their sleeves and helped me change one for the other. I know some pet shops where staff won't even lift a bag of bird seed off a high shelf. The person helping me, Jessica, was super friendly and a load of help, answered all my questions honestly and accurately and now my dog loves his new food and treats!! 100% will be back if everyone is like her. Thank you Jessica!!
