The first visit to the store for some years. Impressed with the improvements to the store including the food section. Surprised that the house furniture is no longer on display.

I had an appalling experience in M&S at Sprucefield, not because of the shop or the staff but the way the management spoke to their staff. I overheard one member of management (brown haired woman unsure of name) berating staff members, I even saw her make a young girl cry. That is ridiculous. Received my order 2 x multipack knickers only to find one pack opened with one pair removed, then very roughly rolled up & stuffed back into the pack. Very poor service, why would someone need to does this then send it out on an oder. Clearly no quality control or supervision.
