“Popped in to store to have a look for some new curtains, the manager Chantelle was extremely attentive and helpful. Great quality items at a reasonable price. The store manager went above and beyond and ordered me in the exact curtains that I had imagined in my head from another store. 10/10 customer service, I will be back!”
“I went in with my twin toddlers and they where very unsettled in the pram. An amazing staff member took the twins and pushed them around the shop to keep them quiet while another staff member helped me with what face products where the best for my skin. “Would highly recommend Macblairs in Eglinton (Eglinton DIY), and especially William in the plumbing department. I needed a photocell urgently for an oil burner, and he was able to get it delivered from the supplier to the shop in less than 24 hours. The P/Ns didn't match, but a call to the supplier confirmed that the one supplied was a newer version. It helps when people go that extra bit to resolve a problem.”

“Great place to shop and really nice staff. Was a lovely day when I went and was surprised by how much space in parking area there was. Did find the store to be well spaced out but one staff member managed to not know where an item was and send me to the wrong department for another staff member to bring me back to area I was in and show me where the item was I was looking. Sales was what made up for the days has I was able to get more than I had planned to and not go over my budget.”
