“Perhaps Central Lisburn's longest established Bow Street shop. Butchery, cheese and fine foods counter, fruit and vegetables section, Post Office and general household needs department. Always busy and with it's own free parking area off Smithfield Square. A convenient single stop for most shopping requirements under one roof!”

“Co op is a great shop.Has lots of great food, bakery , carry out coffee, full news paper and magazines, also usually has some reduced items during the day to help decide what's for dinner ??If you like bargains they alsi reduce daily items from 6pm evey night.I love there plastic carrying bags ( if you have forgotten your own) they are green compost bags, great for environment ?.You can pay for you gas, mobile phone and some bills at the counter and ask for cash withdrawal, even though there is a cash machine out side. There is a Gordons Chemist next door for a quick look around too.”

“Been asking for 3 months to stock an item and has never appeared. Very nice staff though. The biggest issue is they aren’t on the tills half the time and there’s a queue all the way to the back of the shop. A 2 minute shop becomes a 10 minute shop.Update - Spar actually contacted me about this and have immediately put the item in stock which is great as I use it about 3 times a week.Very pleased and impressed they have reacted like this. Thank you.”

“Greens has recently had a refurbishment and what a difference! The store now has a supermarket feel with a complete range of products, including coffee station, ice cream, delicatessen, post office and hot food bar.I purchased some chicken skewers from the butchers, which worked out quite expensive for 3 people. £8.10 for 6 skewers. They took ages to cook but tasted good.2 Separate till points in the shop, which is good, both at the front and back.Still limited parking at the back of the store.”

“Small spar which doesn’t feel as modern as some of the other stores in Lisburn. There are laundry machines and coal outside but doesn’t have extra facilities such as hot food or coffee dock etc. That being said, the staff are very friendly which you don’t get in other stores so a thumbs up from me ?”

“Plenty of room to push ones trolly clean and tidy store pleased that I was able to put my own groceries through the cash desk myself with the help of the staff ( first time ) for me, I accomplished this and I felt good”

“Great parking & shopping. Very helpful staff. & there's a cafe. Hungry vegetarians can have avo on toast, (with tomato) no dressing or seasoning or tomato soup - everything else seems to be pig or chicken. A couple of vegetarian and vegan options would be nice - after all, the shop is very conscientious about this & I don't feel like an afterthought when shopping”

“The name "Tesco Express" is quite appropriate for this mini Bow Street Store. Supplying most household shopping requirements found in the bigger versions of this Supermarket chain, including a lottery terminal and Banklink. Long opening hours and especially handy for "emergency needs" all day Sunday.”

“SuperValu, Ballymach is a great shop, the staff are always friendly and keen to help in any way they can, the only downfall is that there is never enough staff at tills, one on till and que around the corner”

“Oh dear —— a good food shopping facility. No qualms on that front no sir management are focused in that regard. On two other fronts — well management is perhaps out doing lunch with the secretary ( male or female ) visa / versa and all that. It is rather in the the theatre of the ablution facilities that focus is out of kilter with the more enlightened large 2023 shopping outlets. Take for example the becoming more obsolete layout in toilet in airports etc etc such as doors / door handles by which to enhance the practise of the “ none hand washing fraternity “ as they depart the aforementioned room being done away with. This contributor to Tripadvisor can only pass comment on the observation made on the numerous visits to avail of the aforementioned room within this large good premises. The other large UK wide retailer close by has a more up to speed toilet set up. On a visit very recently to Sainsbury’s of Sprucefield I had occasion to make use of the foreign currency cockpit / booth ( for that is what it is) adjacent to the shop goods check out area. Dire—— why dire ?????? A most cordial invite is extended to “The Management” to dander into any Santander high street bank to view the setup / layout of how the bank staff are positioned at an eye level height to that of the visiting customer. This as opposed as to what exists at the Sainsbury experience ( particularly for more senior citizens who may have hearing impairment) having to bend over/down to try to pick up what the staff member behind the glass partition is articulating via pathetic small low down mounted audio speakers. Time that someone made fresh appraisal of the out of step little money shop in the set up. Sainsbury’s a good food shop end of story.”
