“The Holywood exchange Sainsbury's is much better now they've introduced the hand scanners last month. It means we can easily use our nectar prices instead of using a smartphone that often crashes. I'll visit more often now they've this new device.”

“On arrival into car park, large sign saying if you shop here we will offer discount and or free parking.Put display ticket on windscreen as instructed for the length of time shopping. Bought shopping, at this point we were informed that do you have the parking permit with us. I said no as it had to be displayed.I got this reply well off you run to the car and I will do it now, clearly I didn't. So moral of story wait. I don't care.”

“Wonderful shopping experience today, 30/10/23, at Home Bargains Hollywood Exchange. Got everything we wanted plus much more. The reason I felt it necessary to write this review was based purely on the staff assistant who served us at the til. She would brighten anyone’s day. So happy, positive, friendly & professional. She chatted as she worked & the banter was great. Don’t think I’ve ever met such a lovely member of staff, anywhere. I really hope this lovely girl gets a pat on the back from management. Employee of the month, every month would hardly be enough! She really lifted our spirits! You have a wee jewel in Varsha.”

“Sainsbury's is one of the largest supermarkets in the United Kingdom. It is located inside the Forestside shopping center. Very good supermarket with a wide variety of products and new prices on some of them.”

“Found this gem while strolling the streets of downtown Belfast. This place has it all! A great selection of various packaged food, a deli that makes fresh sandwiches, pastries, fresh cheeses to cut and an olive bar. Browsing the store, I saw that it's separated into sections. An Italian section with lots of varieties of pastas and sauces. Cookies from Italy and limoncello! There is a very small Mexican section, which in my opinion was pretty darn good for being in Ireland! They had tortillas, various dry chilies and hot sauces. Lots of cookies, candies, jams and jelly's and a very large tea selection. The cheese case and deli were loaded with so many choices, it was hard to choose! You can order food and eat at tables that are just outside the front of the store. A definite recommend but if you're a foodie, be prepared to be dazzled!”

“The staff are so helpful at Andersonstown Belfast store. I was looking for a white folding table . I asked a male member of staff for help as I could not find this item . He found a black top table . I was going to buy this as I thought the one I wanted had been sold out. He insisted on looking and found a white top table . Then without asking offered to carry it to my car . I wished him a good day because by his attitude and support he had made mine The following week I had brought my sister to the store in her wheelchair. She held a shopping basket on her lap as we chose items to buy. However after picking too many items I ended up carrying some and pushing the wheelchair . This was awkward . Two female staff approached us offering their support . They carried all our items to the cash register . They were so cheerful and helpful . All the staff I have been in contact with including the the ones on the cash registers are friendly and helpful I have to add the staff in the Donegal Road store are very friendly and helpful A helpful and positive attitude to customers adds a community sense of identity in these stores . “First time in here in a very long time (10 years at least). It's a little hidden gem in North Belfast. They have some of the weirdest and wonderful stock, not found elsewhere. Well worth a visit if you've never been before. They've also a post office and a good selection of fine wine in the off licence section.”

“Has a good selection of foods at reasonable prices. I have been able to get most items I need from here with no issues. Till staff can sometimes be a bit hit and miss and you might end up having to wait to get served but in general its a good store to visit.”

An important observation if iceland can keep prices as they are, iceland can be more popular to the customers. Better selling 20 of something @ a reduced price, than 5 of normal price. “My experience with this place had been excellent up until today. The person working the till had rolled her eyes at me just because I decided to go to the till and not the self-checkout. Bear in mind there was no line and she was just chatting with another employee. The purpose of having self-checkout is not so you can sit around doing nothing. You getting paid so please do actually work when you need to.”

“I'm usually able to get everything I go in for plus there are some great offers which means I get more than I intended to. Their Harry Ramsden range is great, especially the chips which I and my family think are the best oven chips we've ever tasted. My only issue is that sometimes they don't have enough staff on the tills and the queues become a problem. Hence only 4 stars.”
