“Fantastic bargains in Iceland, I love the big off cut packs of pork, ham and chicken, you can make lots of different meals and especially home made pies at a tiny cost.”
“Don't like the layout of this store. I am used to Strand road store, Derry. Found everything I needed using aisle signage and did self check out. Was just a quick visit to get a few things but took a bit longer than expected. I wonder is store layout deliberate so you buy more? ??”
“4 stars are for Joshua on the self checkout counter. Although one of the younger members of staff, he is an asset to Tesco and could teach the older staff members a lot about manners and customer care. On more than one occasion, Liz has been bad mannered and on a powertrip. Will only start scanning once she's finishing chatting to her colleague. Doesn't state the price of shopping and gives a condescending gesture to the screen when I ask. State the price AND gesture, for customers who may be visually or audially impaired. Has a negative attitude on a whole. If you don't like people, perhaps don't work with the public.”
“Greenmount Spar or 7-11 as some know it is my life saver when I run out of things. (which is quite often) They have a great stock of every day foods. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh and reasonably priced. Every week they have special offers - great in this financial climate! It's always busy meaning I am not the only one who keeps running out of things in between my weekly shops. Some weekends I have done my whole shop here and it is probably just as cheap as the big supermarkets. The staff are all friendly but thats because I am never out of it and I always have to finish my purchases with a Dipped Flake for my chocolate fix!”
“Probably the best homemade soup you will ever find in NI apart from an expensive restaurant.We called for sandwiches and soup to take with us to the beach.The sandwiches are packed with filling and fresh and tasty.The soup is absolutely delicious just like your granny would make.A must call in for food on the go you won't be disappointed.They have ready meals, a deli counter, pre packs, and a soup station.Ideal for a stop off for supplies.”

“Sainsburys is generally more expensive than the other supermarkets. But their reduced refridgerated food items are a real bargain. I find the fruit & veg keeps longer than from other 'well known' supermarkets. I love the cafe. The soup at lunchtime is great. Not always veg or potatoe & leek. Good selection for a supermarket cafe.”
“Good petrol station. Sometimes customers buy food from the shop and consume them sitting at the fuel pumps, instead of moving to another part of the fuel station allowing other customers to buy fuel”

“Why do people shop at tescos or sainsbury when identical or better items are up to a 1/3 cheaper in here? Really baffles me as to why those given off about cost of living costs have not moved supermarketsPs the produce esp fresh fruit Is SOOOOO much better also.”
