“I called in get a takeaway coffee and a biscuit. Went to the till and realised I'd left my card in the van. Lady was very understanding and set the item's to the side whilst I went to get card. To my embarrassment I had lost the card. I went back in to apologise and the lady took it in her stride. She'd very kindly handed me the items and said I could pay a other time. I leave 50 miles away so she didn't know me. This was a simple but very kind gesture. I don't know the lovely ladies name but I want to thank her for being so kind and the shop for having wonderful staff.
