Staff are completely useless, not helpful at all. Watch me waiting to pay but we're more interested in talking to each other rather than helping out a paying customer.

Zara in Belfast has to be the worst store to shop in. There is always a queue of at least 10 to 12 people waiting to purchase items and if you are really lucky, there will be two staff on the tills but as would be the norm for Zara, it is usually one staff member on.
