Needed a throat baffle plate for Heta wood burning stove. Rang shop and explained that I bought the fire about 3-4 yrs previously. Mark was excellent he looked up my details and ordered the part with a 2 -3 day delivery. Collected part through the week from David who as usual can't do enough for you. Turned my house into a home !!! Incredibly friendly & knowledge staff in the show room, who were attentive to my requirements. Installation was seamless and quick after agreements in place / deposit paid. After service provided sound follow-up advice. Overall I would highly recommend

My advice is to ignore online stores and go into this lovely showroom and talk to the extremely knowledgeable staff in person. Its cheaper in the long run and the advice they give is top class. Delighted with this wonderful addition to our home. Thanks to Noel for the perfect install too.
