2 hours of waiting so far, and order still unfulfilled. The staff won't even answer the phone to Deliveroo so they refuse to issue a refund. The owner should be really concerned about the staff they have trusted to run this business on their behalf

Served by that guy dan, great customer service, and amazing attitude. The cookies were amazing and the sandwich was the freshest I've eaten in a very long time. He has some skill with a knife and gloves.

Came into store left waiting for 20 minutes after the man said 5 minutes while he did an online order then after waiting 20 minutes, told us he had 2 more to do before he could serve us, not looking after customer that are standing in front of you willing to spend money in your store is a bit ridiculous, honestly wouldn't...
