“Bank Street Brasserie provided the best experience (food, service, atmosphere) during three weeks of travel in England, Scotland and Ireland. Chef handled the challenging allergies of one person in our group and the three of us enjoyed over-the-top meals. Service was gracious and friendly, and the music added to a very enjoyable evening. Only disappointment was it was our last evening in Belfast!”

“Have been to many Indian restaurants over the world in the last 25 years and New Delhi Belfast is the top 3. The food is very authentic, there’s always a great buzz in the place regardless of the time of day and the waiters and waitresses always ensure everything is spot on. “Nice spot for a pint. Cool bar, nice staff. First pint of Guinness was great but the next few were a bit iffy. Cool trad band in the corner on the Sunday evening. Worth a visit. Good venue to watch sport.”

“Food and decor was beautiful here the only downfall from was that the water was off so staff were very busy and distracted we sat for 15 minutes with no menus etc and going to the restroom, washing hands etc was not great as there was no water. We also had drinks added to our bill which was not ours however it was refunded with no issues and understandable. Regardless of this the food was beautiful and I would love to go back again soon”

“I rang and spoke with Natalie on Saturday and explained to her I needed wedding flowers, but at extremely short notice (Thursday). She couldn't of been kinder on the phone and understood the circumstances. Thursday morning the flowers came, they were absolutely stunning and exactly ehat I wanted. Thank you so much for being a part of my aunties wedding day, she loved them.”

“A big thank you to Lindsey in the Lisburn Road branch of M&S for the excellent customer service she provided this afternoon regarding a fault with one of the self check out machines which resulted in some items being wrongly charged multiple times. She couldn’t have been more helpful.Car parking on this site is a well documented nightmare with not enough spaces and far too many jaywalkers!However, the store and the staff more than make up for that with special mention of Suma - such an asset to the company. With her engaging personality and warm smile she is an eternal ray of sunshine guaranteed to brighten up the darkest of days.”

“This is the perfect breakfast place. There is a calm atmosphere with table service and gentle music. The staff is very courteous.
I had poached eggs with sourdough bread and hash browns; tasted amazing. Flat white in particular was tasty.”

“I was completely blown away by the service given by the team at Mauds Lisburn Road this weekend. We were a complicated party to have in, with my father in a large wheelchair, a child in a high chair and also a child with severe allergies. The team were so accommodating and found us space to sit and enjoy our lunch. They went above and beyond with my child’s allergy needs too and really seemed to care (Mauds are a real exemplar in any branch I’ve been in for accommodating his allergies!) - compassionate, lovely people! Oh and the ice cream is always consistently great too - what more could you want?!”

“We ate there last night. The food was solid. It is a nice neighborhood pub. We were tired and ate very late. Apparently, we were overcharged for drinks that were not ours. We happened to be walking by tonight, and the woman who sat us the night before comes running out of the bar to the sidewalk and stopped us. She told us we were overcharged last night and gave us our money back. It is worth supporting a staff who have that level of integrity.”

“Dined in Ampm recently, had a great drink and food selection to suit everyone at the party, drinks were so welcomingly reasonably priced cocktails at £12.50 and all made fresh in front of us. Staff were delightful food was delicious, couldn’t do any more to exceed our expectations beautiful decor will 100% recommend to friends great for parties or casual lunch/dinner with friends or partners
